My chaps

My monkeys. I don't know if I am the only one on Earth that has very few regrets but having my three children is definatley not one of them. Chiane Brielle. To date, she is 10 years of age. In twenty days, my big girl will have her 11th birthday. Time flies and I have tried to cherish EVERY single moment. I knew parenting would be hard and I am up for the challenge. See, I planned ALL three of my monkeys. It may be hard to believe but I did. Chance and I were college sweethearts. He loves me wholeheartedly. We have been through a whirlwind. I know there is more downs to come but we will weather the storm. Whatever the plan. So when we were 20, he asked me to have his baby. My strong will was weakened by love. I said yea. Without knowing what the future held. I said yea. I know it seems crazy but I was that deeply in love. Still in college, no degree, no job, college stuggling. Out of that, we conceived our genius girl child. I prayed throughout the hard times of me feeling neglected of Chance's immaturity of college partying and playing video games that Chiane would look like me. And she is my twin. I love her (all of my children). But we are BUMPING HEADS! We planned that because Chiane was SO SPOILED that she needed someone to play with. See, that prayer came with Chiane being stuck by my side all the time. We planned Courts after we got married (go figure). So Courts is very outgoing. I didn't do any of the things I did with Chiane as a first time parent. But I did successful breast feed for more months and let her wander off a little more. Well, we had tragedy happened. We lost Daddy Chance and I thought we should have another male to help carry on the Nesbitt name. Chance was against it. We were turbelent during this time but in the end, we were blessed with Chance Jr. So we are happy with three monkeys. All three I love WITH EVERY inch of me!! We are blessed in so many ways and we are continuing to strive to be better parents and better people. I pray my little children grow up to be successful citizens and servants of the Lord. We are a work in progress. It's a hard life but I am thankful for it is FAIR!! Well that's my rant for the night! Until next time. Peace and Blessings!

today, CJ and I took a run for the potty today. basically, i put him on his underwear. Tragic. He was doing great and then he went on by himself on the stairs as if he was going downstairs. I was in his room; getting rid of old clothes and I went looking for him. My crazy ass did not notice that he was naked from the waist down. I went in the laundry room and still didn't notice. He was like, mommy, my clothes...Naked. little dude is killing me LOL. That's my son though. He is a BALL of electricity. This little joker has been waking up in the middle of the night for the past two nights screaming. SMH. on another note: Chance found a house in Arkansas. It was a really nice one. He is going look at a few more on tomorrow. So maybe by the MLK holiday, we will be out of Missouri...maybe. LOL. Me and my feelings. I am just rolling with the punches. If I put too much thought into it, I might talk myself out of life. Not literally but..... >>>Peace and Blessings<<< Until next time.

It's been a while.A long ass time

I can't remember my last post. But since the last one, I have had so many changes in my life. My grandmother passed away last November. My mother got married to somebody and now she is with someone else *that's a mess. My father and his wife...well let's just say, we are estanged and I am fine with it that way. I got a job with the state. Liked the people, didn't like the work. I found another job...I really enjoyed it. And now we are moving..AGAIN. This time closer to Memphis. I was just getting the hang of Missouri. Not the Missouri winters, but Missouri LOL. Chance is in Russellville, Arkansas. Yea, I know you are thinking, really, where the hell is that. I am still the same way. But I am starting to think everything happens for a reason. In 2012, I have been through a lot. A whole lot. But life is hard but it's fair. I have three beautifyl children. They are all EXTREMELY gifted. I am so proud to be their mother. Too happy in fact. I could wish for better children. They are all smart, mannerable (still working on that) and just the best! There is NOT A THING that I wouldn't do to make sure they are happy. They didn't ask to be on the earth, I prayed for them. All three of them. With all that being said, I will try to do better in 2013 by journaling my thoughts :) Oh yea, today is my birthday. Laters gaters!!

Well. It has been a minute since I have blogged and I will work on that. Next week, Chance and I are going to start veggie and fruit juicing. I am inspried by my line sister, LaDeia McNeal. I have always wanted to detox this way. So we are going to give it a shot. We are going to start on Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. That is when I am going to purchase the juicer.
Stay tuned!

The Girls and Basketball

My chicas are "BALLING"! My girls are playing basketball and they are loving it! They have the long of athletics honest because Chance and I both enjoy sports. He played basecall, basketball and football. I ran track but played basketball recreationally. The fact that they like sports makes their daddy light up. I love to see that they are improving at every game! My chicas are growing up so fast :(

Courtney's basketball coach quit. Coach "Grand-dad" as he likes to be called took all of the fun out of the game for the six year old. They were so afraid. He tried to run plays and set picks. Just too much. The last straw was his mouth. Practice is only an hour. In this hour, you can get but so much done. This guy wanted to talk and talk. Chance took the girls and CJ to practice. He texted me 30 minutes into practice and stated that the Coach was still talking. Now, mind you these girls are 6. How long do you think they really listened to him? I think they got the Charlie Brown's teacher Wha wha wha wha after the first eight minutes.

Needless to say, two parents have stepped up. One of the parents being the former Coach Nesbitt. LOL. The girls had fun but they LOVE to win. Updates to come on the season.

32 never looked THIS good

Tee 01.06.2012

This is one of the luxuries of having great genes.  I don’t want to brag but I don’t feel my age.  Neither do I look it!!  This is the first year that I celebrated my birthday away from my hometown, Memphis.  I received an overwhelming amount of well wishes.  I received a great gift from my hubby.  He got me this fabulous Inspiron Duo tablet.  My cousin sent me a great contract and gift card (thanks Shina Bina) and my sister in law sent me some DKNY apple perfume (smells absolutely wonderful) and a gift card to my favorite store, OLD NAVY.  Two of my neighbors took me out on the town and the day after I got a sinus infection!  YAY ME!  The bittersweet thing about this birthday is I didn’t have my grandma calling to sing her terrible Happy Birthday song. She was so funny.  But she lives in me. She really does.  I replay conversations all the time in my head.  I also have conversations in my head when I think about picking up the phone and calling her.  She had some advice.  Most of the advice is still useful and some was off the wall.  At the end of the day, my Grandma was the BEST.

32 years old.  WOW.  The best is yet to come and if you know me, I will change with the wind (my appearance, not my personality).

January 1, 2012...So far

Well, today was a lazy (not really) day for me. I am not feeling this Missouri thing. Maybe it's me (it is) but I am not adjusting well. I do not miss Memphis (I miss my friends and family) but right now, I am not feeling this. Usually when I need a release, I can go somewhere. Chance (tries to) take the children (which doesn't last long) outside (supposedly) to give me a break. But because I have turned my hobby into a business, I do not know what a break is. You know when you are a mother, you want your children to go and spend time 'away' from home to give them a chance to miss them...I have not had that in a LONG time. I have literally been on locked down since November 18, 2010.

November 18, 2010 is when I was placed on bedrest with CJ. This is hard for people to see and understand. In due time, things will get better. I GUARANTEE THAT!

Until next Sunday...
Peace and Blessinigs
